Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensuring there is connectivity between MAXCOM servers and ISP
- Responsible to ensuring all services are running efficiently and effectively
- Installs components, units and printed circuit boards according to specifications
- Uses electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools
- Customizes units and makes adjustments or repairs according to written specifications
- Inspects and tests all assemblies prior to customer use.
- Records serial numbers for all modified parts
- Maintains all work related equipment and parts in a neat environment.
- Maintains and writes work procedures and all related documentation for each task performed
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustment. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Highly responsible, reliable, well organized and able to multi-task
- Experienced Electronics Technician with excellent soldering skills
- Have solid computer & typing skills and be able to use Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Excel, & Word
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group.
- Have good verbal and written communications skills
- Experience using test electronic test equipment
- Experienced and able to use hand tools and small power tools
- Able to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and written work instructions
- Having prior education, training & knowledge of basic electronics and\or electronic power supplies are all plusses.
- High command of verbal and written English.
