Context and Main Purpose of the Job
1. Train & develop all staff in logistics
and supplies matters
2. Responsible for tactical sourcing of
Indirect Procurement goods and services locally
3. Maintains safe working atmosphere of the
equipment and co-workers and contributes to hazards reporting process of
Central stores
4. Follows the procurement procedure and
submits monthly reports of procurement and supplies.
5. Implement SHEQ recommendations in all areas
of compliance and drives BeSafE agenda at Central stores.
6. Interfaces with many roles in field
operations, factories, Finance, medical, Engineering, QA and SHE, Supply
planning, Development projects.

Main
Accountabilities:
1. Integrating regional sourcing/local
strategies with business, ensuring timely inputs to regional project development
and OTIF execution of regional/local projects.
2. Act as first point of contact for the
business for issues/questions relating to Local and
Overseas Procurement goods or services in
assigned portfolio and the service from third party service providers for
Sourcing Unit/business unit
3. Work with users to analyse and collate
information regarding current requirements and future needs.
4. Efficient, timely and transparent
communication to internal customers and suppliers
5. Work within defined Procurement procedures
(Ways of Working) and adhere to the Code of Business Principles at all times
6. Work in an effective, cohesive team
environment (Ability to understand all areas of Indirect Procurement)
