REGIONAL MANAGER
Several Regional Manager are needed to be based in Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Mwanza and will be responsible for boosting the company's sales development. Start date is negotiable for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic input and actively contribute to the annual business planning process
• Drive ambitious, profitable sales volume growth and manage the brand/pack/price mix for better margins and profit performance
• Drive standardization in operating procedures, policies and practices
• Initiate and implement strategies to manage costs and effectively utilize capital expenditures to drive business growth and manage them in line with business plan commitments
• Improve sales and distribution performance by managing against KPIs for drop size and size frequency
Requirements:
• Degree in sales, marketing or business administration with 8+ years work experience in sales, marketing or financial management.
• International experience will be a plus.
