Post: Manager Sales Strategy & Business Operations.
Key Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
• A university degree in Marketing, sales , Business Administration, Finance, Economics.
• A masters Degree in Business Administration would be an added advantage.
• At least five (5) years experience in business Development /Sales strategy , planning and Execution in a highly competitive commercial environement with a t least two (2) years of managerial experience in Sales Department.
• Strong financial management skills including budget planning and preparation of periodic reports and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with structuring sales quota and revenue expectations Knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Operations Strategy, B2B Sales, Sales Operations , Sales Execution, Metrics, Sales Forecasting.
2.Talent Management , Sales Operations Strategy, Sales Operations, Talent Assessment
Remuneration:
